No combustibles

Please install the machine in a place where there is no explosive, flammable gas (acetylene, propane, etc.) or organic solvents and other combustible materials.

Do not install outdoors

The compressor is designed for indoor application(except the special design), so it’s prohibited to install outdoors, otherwise, If electrical parts get water, it may cause parts cracking, electric shock accidents and fire accidents etc.

No electrical surge

Install in a place where there is no electrical surge, the disturbance may cause malfunction of electric parts.

Air compressor size

It’s necessary to leave repair and maintenance space for the compressor when you design and install compressor, The upper part of the air compressor should be kept at a distance of 1.2m or more. The channel width between the unit and the wall is a distance of 0.8～1.5m according to the displacement.

Compressor outlet pipe connection

The compressor outlet pipe connection should be lower than the compressor outlet position firstly, which is to avoid the condensate water flow back when the compressor stop.

Good ventilate

The compressor should be installed well ventilation and clean room to avoid the high temp. of compressor.
